What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

What to Expect

Before 

Before your reiki healing session, we'll begin with an in-depth conversation on your intention and goals for the session. This is your opportunity to ask any questions or share any concerns that you might have. We'll also answer any questions you have about the process itself.

During

During your session, our practitioners use gentle touch and positive energy to help clear your blocked energy channels and promote deep relaxation. You may experience the energy in the form of sensations like heat, tingling or pulsing where the Reiki practitioner has placed their hands, Some people feel sensations moving throughout the body, while other people do not perceive any change at all.

After

After your session, you may notice a feeling of relaxation, clarity, and rejuvenation. You may also experience an improvement in your sleep, gain more positive energy, and feel more balanced in your emotions.

Distance Reiki 

For those new to distance reiki sessions, it's important to prepare properly to ensure optimal results. Leading up to your appointment, we recommend that you find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be interrupted. Begin to focus on your breath, inhaling for five seconds and exhaling for five seconds. As you breathe, imagine a warm light emanating from your heart center, expanding outward and enveloping your entire body. This practice can help to calm the mind and prepare you for your distance reiki session.
